The Australian men’s Cricket Team for people with an intellectual disability is in Darwin and will showcase their cricket skills in a T20 match against the NT Cricket Academy, proudly brought you by Cricket Australia and Northern Territory Cricket.
In conjunction with the T20 match, NT Cricket will be hosting an NT Disability sports forum with keynote speaker Robyn Smith OAM, CEO of Sport Inclusion Australia.
Robyn has a lifetime of experience advocating, working and delivering sports inclusion for people with a disability across Australia and internationally. Long term CEO of Sports Inclusion Australia (the peak sporting body for people with an intellectual disability), Vice Chef de Mission for the Australian Paralympic team in Sydney 2000, through to the Oceania representative for the Virtus Games movement, Vice President of the International Paralympic Committee and member of the Brisbane 2032 Organising committee. Robyn is highly respected across the sports industry in Australia and internationally, a fantastic presenter not to be missed by anyone involved in sport.
